The brief was to extend an existing four bedroom house on a corner site to provide additional living accommodation at ground flooor and bedroom space at first floor. By re-locating the kitchen it was possible to provide an enlarged living and dining area with a new master bedroom suite at first floor level with french doors overlooking the large garden.
